Parallel Dip Bars

The best dip bars are not exactly parallel, but make a slight angle so that at one end they are closer together than at the other end. This way you can choose how wide you want to do your dips. Note that there also exist constructions that combine parallel dip bars with a leg raise construction and a pull-up (chin) bar. Although I prefer to do my dips on the parallel bars or between two flat benches (hands on one bench, and feet on the other bench), I have also added some pictures of dip machines. There also exist chin-dip assist machines that assist you during dips by reducing your body weight.
