Cable Cross-Over

Although I believe that free weight (dumbbells and barbells) exercises are much more effective than cable exercises, the cable crossover machine is a very all-round cable machine that can be used for many exercises (biceps, triceps, shoulders etc.). Therefore I do believe that every gym should have one. It is very important that the pulleys can be adjusted in height from the floor level up to more than 2 meters (7 feet).
